MIG offers the following meeting facilitation services:

MIG will design the meeting format as well as facilitate the meeting for any kind of planning retreat in the public, private and/or not for profit sectors including:

• Planning Sessions

• Problem-Solving Sessions

One of the most difficult tasks is to facilitate and take part in planning at the same time.  With the services MIG offers every member of a department, unit or workgroup can participate fully in planning because we are an external facilitator. 

Our strengths allow us to bring out the wisdom of the group by asking the right questions and not telling any of the answers.
